1. Cell preservation solution: preserve the cell specimens, dissolve the mucus in the specimen, and maintain the morphology of the cells in the specimen within one week at room temperature.
2. Sedimentation bin: fixed slides, so that the cells form a thin layer of cells with a diameter of 13mm on the slide.
